Executive and corporate retreats in Utah.

Red rock, slot canyons and high desert, with one of the best-connected airports in the West at the edge of it. Utah gives a team real terrain without a long expedition, from a single canyon day out of Salt Lake City to a multi-day retreat in Moab.

Why Utah

Real terrain, unusually easy to reach.

Salt Lake City International is a major hub, and within an hour of downtown a team can be on desert, canyon or sandstone trails. About four hours south, Moab has some of the most famous red-rock country in the world, with riverside ranches and private lodges to come back to. That range lets the outcome decide the shape: one day, or a full retreat.

This is a place, not the product. If Utah serves your outcome, we will build it there. If somewhere else serves it better, we will tell you that instead.

What a Utah retreat is good for
Trust under pressure

Slickrock, ledges and canyons give a team something hard to do together, with a guide alongside.

The right length

A single day from Salt Lake City or a full retreat in Moab, chosen by the outcome.

Easy to convene

Salt Lake City is a major hub with nonstop flights from across the country.

Planning a retreat in Utah

The practical details.

When to go

Moab is best March to May and September to October; summer days regularly pass 100°F. Around Salt Lake City the lower desert has a broad season and higher canyon routes open in summer.

Getting there

Salt Lake City (SLC) is the hub. Moab is about four hours by road, or fly to Canyonlands Regional (CNY) near town or Grand Junction (GJT), about 1 hour 45 minutes away. St George (SGU) serves southern Utah.

How long

One day from Salt Lake City, or three days in Moab: an arrival evening, a full day on the terrain, a morning to decide.

Where you stay

A downtown Salt Lake City hotel for the one-day format; a riverside luxury ranch or private lodge in Moab.

A sample three-day shape

A starting point. Every retreat is built around your one outcome.

Day 1

Arrive

Fly into Salt Lake City or Grand Junction, transfer to Moab, and a long dinner around the one question the retreat is built on.

Day 2

The terrain

A guided day on slickrock and ledges, with stops designed around the outcome.

Day 3

Decide

A morning session to turn the day into commitments, one behavior per leader, then travel out.

What it costs

Every retreat here follows our three tiers: Focused $35,000–$50,000, Signature $45,000–$150,000 and Bespoke $75,000 and up, turnkey for a team of roughly 5 to 12 and exclusive of air travel. What moves the number here: Moab lodging and guiding, transfers from Salt Lake City or Grand Junction, and season. The one-day Salt Lake City immersion is priced separately.
