Participants receive daily behavioral accountability prompts via SMS. Each prompt targets a specific leadership behavior identified during the retreat -- not generic advice, but the exact patterns your team committed to changing. Facilitators monitor progress, re-engage when consistency drops, and provide a post-30-day behavioral change report. Most retreat companies consider the experience complete when the van leaves the venue. We consider it started.

Most Legendary Retreats are designed for executive and senior leadership teams of 5 to 12 people. The sweet spot is a CEO or founder and their direct leadership team -- the people who collectively determine how the company executes. Larger groups can be accommodated depending on format and objectives.

QUESTION: How do you measure the ROI of a leadership retreat?
Before the retreat, we identify three to five leadership behaviors or operational dynamics that are creating measurable drag on your business -- slow decision-making, recurring conflict, execution gaps, strategic drift. We establish a baseline. After the retreat, the 30-day behavioral tracking system measures movement against that baseline. We don't ask you to trust that the retreat was valuable. We build the measurement into the process.

Legendary Retreats are priced based on team size, location, duration, and scope of facilitation. Most multi-day executive leadership retreats for a team of 8 to 12 range from $75,000 to $500,000, fully turnkey - facilitation, lodging, meals, activities, transfers, and the 30-day post-retreat reinforcement system included. We discuss scope and investment during the initial strategy session.
