Straight answers
How accurate is this estimate?
It places your retreat inside our published tier ranges based on team size, length, setting and season. A firm proposal follows a 15-minute call, once we know the outcome, the dates and the place.
What is included in the estimate?
Design, facilitation by James Carter, lodging, meals, activities, on-site coordination, ground transfers and the 30-day reinforcement with its behavioral-change report. Air travel to the destination is not included.
Why is there a range rather than one number?
Venue, dates and the exact format move the price. The range is honest about that until those are decided.
What about a one-day experience?
A single engineered day is an Executive Immersion, priced separately from a multi-day retreat.
