Process

How an engagement runs.

  1. A 15-minute call. Agree the one outcome, rough dates and group size.
  2. A written proposal. Format, destination, dates and an itemized investment.
  3. Vendor approval. W-9, insurance certificate, NDA and your onboarding, in parallel with the proposal.
  4. Agreement and deposit. One services agreement; the deposit secures the venue and dates.
  5. Design and logistics. We handle everything; your assistant gets one contact and regular updates.
  6. The retreat, then 30 days. Daily reinforcement after the retreat and a behavioral-change report at the end.

Straight answers

Can you work within our procurement and approval process?

Yes, routinely. We complete your vendor onboarding, adapt to your preferred vendors and policies, and provide the documentation your finance team needs.

Who signs the agreement and who is our contact?

One agreement with Legendary Retreats covers the whole retreat, and James Carter is your single point of contact from the first call to the 30-day report.

Do you need access to our systems or sensitive data?

No system access is required. For the 30-day reinforcement we need participants' names and how to reach them; anything confidential discussed in the room stays there.

What does the price include and exclude?

Included: design, facilitation, lodging, meals, activities, on-site coordination, ground transfers and the 30-day reinforcement with its report. Excluded: air travel to the destination.

How are payment and cancellation handled?

Both are set out in the services agreement, including the deposit schedule and the terms for changing dates. Request the sample agreement to review them before you commit.

Can you sign our NDA?

Yes. We can sign yours or provide a mutual NDA, and we never name a client publicly without written permission.

Send us your vendor forms. We will take it from there.

Or start with the call: fifteen minutes with James and you will have what you need to brief your CEO and your finance team.
